DANCING BEAR
Call it a Ceilidh, a Barn Dance or Folk-dance: it's an evening of (mainly) traditional dances to (mainly) traditional tunes, and it's what Dancing Bear does.
Dancing Bear was formed in 1985 and since then we've played for hundreds of weddings; birthday and Christmas parties; corporate events; church, school and company socials, for dancers aged from four to eighty-four: mostly around London, but as far afield as a Folk Festival in Derbyshire and a wedding in Normandy!
- Dancing Bear are:
- Richard Cryan - fiddle and mandolin.
- Jan Lawrence - calling, whistle, percussion and mandolin.
- Keith Taylor - double bass.
- Neil Rogers - guitar.
